If you decide to build. What’s next?
- We will sit down together and talk about what you need and expect in a new home. This will help us determine two important factors, your budget and desired location.
- Once we have a budget and location will begin plan development. We have many different plans to choose from or we work with several people who can draw a completely new plan.
- Once the plan is finalized, pricing is finalized.
- After pricing, selections are made. Our team offers one on one attention and advice for picking colors and choices. (paint, countertops, cabinets)
- After selections are made we sign the contract and construction begins.
- Construction process begins!
